Jeff’s deep roots in the Muskoka region—particularly in Gravenhurst—span three generations. Born and raised in the town, Jeff met his future wife, Kirsten, during their high school years. Throughout his youth, he worked weekends and summers delivering furniture for his family’s long-standing local business, Knapp’s Gravenhurst Furniture. His time there instilled a strong appreciation for the values that underpin a successful business: integrity, respect, and community connection. Watching his parents lead with these principles left a lasting impression, shaping Jeff’s own approach to client service and professional relationships.

Jeff is a graduate of Western University, where he earned a degree in kinesiology—a natural choice for a lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast. However, after completing his studies, Jeff discovered that his true passion lay in real estate. Inspired by his love for home renovation shows and the idea of “home” as a foundation for opportunity and growth, he developed a keen eye for recognizing the hidden potential in properties that others might overlook. Whether it's identifying value in a renovation project, assessing income potential, or evaluating an investment opportunity, Jeff brings insight and vision to every client interaction.

Today, Jeff and his wife Kirsten are proud parents to their son, Hudson. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time in nature, evenings by the fire, fishing, golfing, and making memories with his family and their beloved pets— Bella and Simba. His commitment to both his clients and his community is rooted in personal experience and a genuine desire to help others find the same sense of belonging and possibility that he’s found.
